He has expert hands-on knowledge in SimCorp from Front to Back Office and has helped organizations optimize their business workflows. Ebbe is innovative, solution-oriented and an independent contributor with in-depth knowledge of investment management business processes and software solutions. A work ethic that is second to none.
Qualifications

Ebbe is vastly adept in business and IT strategy and program design and management allowing him to achieve quality improvement pragmatically and resourcefully. He has a skill for people leadership and is equally equipped for program and project management and team building. Ebbe also has extensive experience in process re-engineering and advanced integration and is an extremely accomplished and knowledgeable user of SimCorp.
An energetic, ambitious, and enthusiastic networker who has proven experience in maintaining long-term relationships with both clients and candidates. Possesses strong commercial awareness, communications, and organizational skills. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining relationships, gathering market data and creating customer/candidate profiles, drafting contracts, and negotiating terms.

Paul is a highly experienced and passionate head-hunter who has successfully supported various clients including SimCorp Professional Services Teams and SimCorp customers since 2006. Having focused on the SimCorp space solely for seventeen years he has gained invaluable knowledge within this field. Has a deep understanding of our SimCorp network and what is required to attract the best candidates. Personal areas of expertise are knowing the market intimately, including the motivations of those with the required experience to move and piecing this together to allow clients to secure the best-fit candidates.

Paul is equipped with strong decision-making and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. He has vast experience designing and implementing overall recruitment strategies and negotiating contracts and can provide analytical and well-documented recruitment reports. Paul’s core proficiency is people, and he is an expert at sourcing and attracting candidates and conducting interviews and assessments, and through this ability, he has a proven track record of delivering SimCorp expertise.
